About Heather Bradway:

Equipped with over 10 years of sales, marketing, advertising, management, and business development experience, Heather launched Bradway Partners in Spring 2011. Its one thing to have experience, one thing to be “equipped”….but Heather was looking to fill the needs of a varied business market place. There is so much to be done, so many leads and networks, her passion became to bring a most specific skill to each business partner on a case-by-case basis. 

As founding president, she began her business career with AX Armani, in retail management where she increased Montgomery County sales by 43% in only one month. While with Medical Mavin, a medical practice merger and acquisition firm, her skills in sales and advertising catapulted her to closing 9 out of 10 contracts and mergers.

 

Her passion for networking and recruiting grew still, while at several Temp Agencies in Berks Counties, and she moved up as a Senior Staffing Specialist, which led her to be a Business Development Specialist and Peer Advisor/Trainer for an automotive group, working closely with their HR department.

Heather has earned a BS in Marketing and Finance from University of Phoenix (2010). She prides herself on being organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. In addition, she excels at time management, multi-tasking, and deadline prioritization. 

Heather’s desire, drive, and vision to funnel perpetual growth and increase business success has been the catalyst that fueled the creation of Bradway Partners.
