I got the picture situation worked out. So, as promised, here are pictures from before wrapping and after one 72 hour period.

I gave you a look at every bit of awful stretched out post-baby belly.
Now to review…
I wrapped Saturday afternoon with Gina between my daughter’s dance classes. I went to dance as usual. The wrap was left on for about 1hr and 45 minutes because of the class and travel, but I was assured that 45 minutes is all that is necessary.
I drank no less than 80oz of water each day, but I did drink my usual 1-2 cups of coffee every day even though I was told to avoid caffeine. I just couldn’t do it. If I didn’t love coffee the way that I do, I think I’d have it pumped intravenously for survival.
I drank one serving of Greens daily mixed with either straight water or with a splash of apple juice. I drank it once in Lemonade, but it was a bit too sweet for me.
I used defining gel in the AM and PM on Sunday and Monday.
Otherwise, I did not change my diet – though I am following a strict vegetarian, if not fully vegan diet.
I think the results are great! My stretch marks look lighter and less “stretched.” The fullness of my sides and the top of my belly has gone down and the gross part on the bottom is smaller. I am really happy and excited to see what happens after the next wrap.
