Mr. Hanifin joined the Chester County law firm of Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees in 2009 after practicing for four years with a large Philadelphia law firm. His practice specializes in all aspects of civil litigation including broker/dealer – customer disputes, real estate disputes, tax assessments and contract disputes. Mr. Hanifin has extensive experience successfully representing clients in arbitrations, mediations and in state and federal courts. Mr. Hanifin currently assists clients with all aspects of both state and federal court litigation.
Prior to attending law school Mr. Hanifin worked as an insurance/securities broker and has extensive experience in both the insurance and securities industries. During law school Mr. Hanifin worked for the Honorable Joseph P. Cronin, Jr., President Judge of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, the corporate secretary of Cigna Corporation, and as a teaching assistant to three professors in the Rutgers legal research and writing department.
