Summer is almost over by school year standards and while many of us are thinking “summer just started!” there are plenty thinking “How else can I keep the kids busy and their brains from turning to mush?!” I can completely relate. My Kiddos are getting excited about school and getting a little bored at home, so we are trying to find little outtings and activities that they will enjoy without going over budget.

8/10, 17, 24 Kids Chess Club @ West Chester Public Library 10:00am – 12:30pm ages 6-14
8/15 Free Picnic Concert @ Marshall Square Park Gazeebo 6:30pm
8/17 Family Fishing Program @ Marsh Creek State Park 9am Registration required
8/18 Touch a Truck Day @ Chester County Government Services Building Parking Lot 12pm – 4pm
8/24-25 Festival of Flight Air and Car Show @ New Garden Flying Field 5pm
