Please wear comfortable clothing to practice yoga, eat lightly or 2 hours before class.

If you’ve struggled with falling asleep at night and/or wake up in the middle of the night, you’re not alone. With 63% of Americans not getting 8 hours of sleep a night and approximately 70 million who suffer from insomnia, we are a sleep-starved nation. Our daily dose of shut-eye regulates our weight, strengthens our immunity, protects our cardiovascular health, repairs our tissues and cells and restores our energy. Insomnia can be managed, even cured, with behavioral changes and with relaxation techniques such as yoga.

In this 2-hour seminar we will learn tips for quieting our restless mind and preparing the body for a deep and rest-filled sleep. We will learn pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas (yoga poses) to encourage relaxation in preparation for a peace-filled sleep.
