RING THE FREEDOM BELL TO HONOR AMERICA’S VETERANS

Spirit of Liberty Foundation’s Freedom Bell comes to Valley Forge, Pennsylvania

The Friends of the Medal of Honor Grove and the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge cordially invite you to join in honoring our Veterans on Sunday, November 10th, 2013 at a special event. The Freedom Bell event will take place at the Medal of Honor Grove (1601 Valley Forge Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460) and is open to the public between 12 pm and 4 pm. A special ceremony will begin promptly at 100p.

To both honor and celebrate our men and women in uniform, the Spirit of Liberty Foundation’sFreedom Bell will make its way to the hallowed memorial ground of the Medal of Honor Grove located at the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. The Freedom Bell was cast in bronze, including metal from the 9/11 Twin Towers by the 171 year-old Verdin Company with the Official Emblems of each branch of the Armed Forces and the inscription “HONORING OUR ARMED FORCES PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE.”

The Freedom Bell will travel across America with the Spirit of Liberty Foundation to allow Americans to ring the bell in honor of a family member or friend who has served or is serving in our Armed Forces, or pay tribute to our Armed Forces. It will leave the sacred grounds of the Medal of Honor Grove to pay tribute to the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice at Arlington National Cemetery.

Please plan to attend.

Dying for freedom isn’t the worst thing that can happen. Being forgotten is.
