at the Farmhouse, People’s Light and Theatre Company, 39 Conestoga Rd., Malvern, PA 19355

People’s Light and Theatre Company and CCHS are proud to partner on this special History on Tap offering. Meet the director, dramaturg, costume designer, and set designer of Neil Simon’s semi-autobiographical Tony Award-winning play. Set in 1943, Biloxi Blues is a coming-of-age story about life in boot camp during the Second World War. Explore the historical research and resource materials used to craft the production and discover how history intersects with the artistic process. Immediately following the program, attendees have the option to attend Biloxi Blues at 7:30 p.m. (food/drink service will end for the program at 7:15 p.m.) and the first ten ticket purchasers receive a 15% discount.

History on Tap brings history to you in the casual atmosphere of your favorite local bar or restaurant. There will be lots of great food and drink available for purchase. The program is free for the community to enjoy! An RSVP is required for this special program at rsvp@chestercohistorical.org or 610-692-4800. Generously sponsored by Susquehanna Bank, and WCHE 1520AM. The portable sound system is sponsored by Colleen and Basel Frens.
