Nonprofit Operations and Board Governance from A-Z. Join other Chester nonprofits to walk through the essential best practices and legal requirements your organization needs to create a strong foundation in nonprofit operations and governance. During the program, you’ll assess which Standards you’re doing well and which ones need improvement. You’ll work on an action plan for improvements that can help you create a culture of ethics and accountability, so you can approach donors and funders with the confidence you’re doing things right!
