W.I.M. stands for Women In Motion. We are an organization of women with a drive to move forward in life, whether business or personal. We join together monthly with other women with the same ambition, hopes, and desires to achieve their goals in life. We are a powerful group of networking women reaching out to support each other along our path, sharing obstacles and achievements. Our networking has been a valuable asset to the growth of our businesses. Some friendships developed will be life long.
Who are the Members?
W.I.M. members range in age from the 30’s to 60’s, bringing both young ideas and experienced knowledge to any dining table.
How did the Club originate?
W.I.M. began about 7 years ago with a desire to organize a women’s dining club to visit local restaurants that have devoted their time and effort’s to charity events.
Having chaired and volunteered for many charitable culinary events I was aware of the cost and commitment that the restaurant industry donates and gives back to the community. I felt visible appreciation was due.
Our group started out small, with 8 to 10 regulars, dining out once a month. Word spread quickly of the great time we were having and we started to grow rapidly. Currently we have over 200 members with as many as 75-80 ladies joining us at each event.

How did M.I.M. start and by who?
Well gentleman, if you live in Chester County and have a successful wife or partner, she has probably heard of Women in Motion, W.I.M., the most successful women’s dining and networking organization in Chester County. W.I.M. members are having extreme success with the networking opportunities made available by belonging to this group. The President and Founder, Dee Rogevich, has been approached over and over by men aware of the success of the women’s group. They constantly asked, “Dee, when are you starting a M.I.M. for us?” Hearing a need, Dee decided to put the request to a test. Nearly 120 men have already requested to begin receiving the monthly newsletters and membership information. Men in Motion will launch the second Tuesday of January at the Downingtown Country Club. Meetings will be monthly, every second Tuesday @6:00 P.M., at various restaurants in Chester County.
BPW/PA is a statewide organization of 1600+ members in 75 local organizations and 12 districts throughout the state. BPW/PA is a leading advocate for working women in our state. We work on all issues that touch women’s lives and sponsor programs and scholarships to improve women’s lives and careers.
Organized in 1919, the Pennsylvania Federation (BPW/PA) is one of the Charter Members of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc.
Our organization was one of the first women’s organizations to formally endorse the Equal Rights Amendment in 1937, and we have led the drive for ratification ever since.
Since its inception, the Pennsylvania Federation has initiated programs such as: Luncheon Honoring Women in Government, National Business Women’s Week Projects, Workshops for Women, Youth Conferences, Leadership Training and Mentoring.
BPW/PA has endorsed many financial projects including: purchase of cancer research equipment, victims flood relief, scholarships, interest free loans to members and Math Counts.
Our Goal: To promote full participation, equity and economic self-sufficiency
for America’s working women.

Professional Referral Exchange (PRE) is an organization of professional men and women, one in each business category, who promote each other by using a proven networking model for increasing business through the exchange of qualified referrals.
The members of PRE act as each others sales force. Members of PRE provide qualified business referrals to their fellow members.
BUSINESS NETWORKING LEADS TO PROFITABLE BUSINESS EXPERIENCES
The idea of business networking, as practiced by members of Professional Referral Exchange, is an improvement on other organizations that suggest networking. It is based on a systematic practice of specific skills which raises networking to a fine art. Essentially, we assist each person to succeed by having them follow a plan and by repeating that plan over time. This instills a philosophy of business and even a way of life that all but guarantees an enjoyable and potentially profitable business experience.
PRE VERSUS LOCAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Unlike your local Chamber of Commerce, we allow only one business category in each Chapter. This means that you will not be competing with other companies in your industry. Instead of “after hours” business card exchange events, we focus exclusively on your business and seek opportunities to give you referrals. Business card exchanges only give you an opportunity to “get acquainted;” people, however, do not “do business” with your business card. Within the structure of Professional Referral Exchange, we incorporate the elements needed to build strong ongoing relationships for your success. We ask our members to give a minimum of two referrals monthly which is consistent with our purpose.
PRE VERSUS IN SERVICE CLUBS
In service clubs like Rotary, Lions, and Kiwanis, the primary focus is to be of service to your community. Although many businesses have realized increased sales as a secondary benefit from these organizations, Professional Referral Exchange concentrates exclusively on generating referrals within its’ membership.

We know the importance of getting to know, like, and trust our members; so everything we do is driven by that concept. We come to know you because you are scheduled regularly to present information about your business. We grow to like you because we meet weekly and visit with you.
