Bella & Betty: A perfect shop for fun and holiday gifts!

By -

Are you getting ready for the holidays? Soon, the Halloween Parade and Olde Fashion Christmas Parade will be taken place in Downtown West Chester.

The Halloween Parade will be held on October 24th and the Olde Fashion Christmas Parade will be held on November 30th.

Bella & Betty will be opened late both nights until 8pm.

During the Olde Fashion Christmas Parade Bella & Betty will be serving Champagne and lite fare, so be sure to stop in and say hello. If you mention this article, you will receive 10% off your entire purchase. Come celebrate and get an early start on your Holiday shopping!

We have several new Artisans that we would like to introduce. First we have Briana Brant from Arden and James. She makes beautiful “green” Teddy Bears. Each soft bear is made from 3 recycled plastic bottles and is carefully and lovingly made by Bri in her home. She also makes beautiful Beeswax candles in tapers, pillars, votives, decorative beehives, and tea lites. Beeswax burn longer and cleaner and they smell amazing. The bees wax is from a local bee farmer.

Janine Cirillo from Finnicky is a local artisan as well. She is hand crafting beautiful Christmas stockings (traditional, olde fashion and of course Dr. Seuss!), glass ornaments, slate coasters, wine charms, and adorable painted wooden ornaments (perfect for Teacher gifts, and Polly Anna’s). Janine will also be our Featured Artisan on Wednesday, November 14th from 6-8pm. Invite your friends for a Pre-Christmas celebration, delicious food and of course Champagne!

Jay Schiavone from The Artist Jay is from Greensboro NC. He creates funky jewelry from recycled aluminum, including lightweight pendants, rings and cuffs. Each piece is a collaboration of artistic minds and hands…straight from the recycle bin.

Margaret Almon from Nutmeg Designs is from Lansdale. She creates amazingly beautiful mosaic picture frames from glass. These are a must see as they shimmer and shine. Each piece is carefully cut and placed on a 4×7 frame. Striking colors for Fall and the Holiday season. Nutmeg Design is creating a few other picture size frames, mosaic pendants, and cuff links for men. They are gorgeous!

Bella & Betty boasts of new and  iconic lines and some that remain our favorites are: Le Cadeaux ~ Melamine that looks like ceramic and real glass. Beautiful patterned serving trays, bowls and “glasses”.  They also make great kids dish sets with monkeys, whales, ballerinas, farm animals and pirates!

Kitchen papers ~ we all love those paper place mats that are made of recycled paper. Just in time for the holidays, the Gold Laurel Wreath! Kitchen papers are very pretty for your table as a serving paper or a placemat.

Himalayan Candles ~ is a must for the holiday! Pumpkin spice, Cinnamon Apple, Spice (new) and Mistletoe! Your house will be warmed by fragrance of these all-natural soy candles.

The Ellie Rose designed beautiful fall dresses, the Chloe, the Maddi and the Tunic. In typical fashion, great fabric! Dopdop Design, The Mane Lion, Cake Vintage, John Robshaw, Cali, Erbario, Silverstone Jewels, Skarlatti Design, Maple Leaf, Vagabond, HoneyHouse, Unieke, Shea Henke Copper Jewelry, and of course our very own, Turks Head Wash and Wax handmade soap, made right here on the premises. These products contain all natural ingredients and essence oils.
