Chefs Tasting Table Feast for 6 People
To begin your culinary journey for the night, Chef John Brandt-Lee will discuss your groups likes and dislikes and match the meal to the wine(s) you brought to his BYOB. Dinner typically begins with selections from our extensive artisanal cheese and hand-carved charcuterie table. Then, rather than a stuffy tasting menu, Chef Brandt-Lee will prepare courses designed with your tastes and beverages in mind — pasta, fish and meat courses or any combination you and your guests prefer. If you are looking for dishes based on a specific ingredient, no problem, he can do that too. Chefs table is not available on Saturday nights. No cash value / not valid holidays or Saturdays
