America’s Pie: Where everyone knows your name.

There are very few places in town where I receive a Cheers-like greeting when I walk through the door. No matter what kind of day I’m having, a smile stretches across my face when Jenn and her crew welcome me by shouting “Nooorm!” Well, they actually say my name but all I can hear is “Nooorm!” as I reminisce on one of all-time favorite TV shows.

America’s Pie prides itself on learning each customer’s name to make you feel instantly at home.

Jenn Gummel, the manager at America’s Pie, shared with me, “When I interview new employees, one of the first questions I ask is if they have trouble remembering names. We make knowing our customers a top priority so each person feels like they are walking into a friend’s kitchen and not just another pizza shop.”

You will be pleasantly surprised by how quickly the staff learns your name, but you will be even more surprised by America’s Pie extensive menu options.

I cannot get enough of the smoked tomato and French onion soup, the fish tacos with black bean and rice, or the chicken brat wrapped in bacon with Guinness kraut, horsey mayo and Munster cheese!

And, of course, there is always the absolutely delectable pizza menu. Matt and Mike, the owners of America’s Pie, attest that, “every pizza is made the traditional way from the finest ingredients, 100% Grande mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh dough made on the premises daily and baked in our brick oven for our signature taste.” The community agrees because America’s Pie was voted Best Pizza by Mainline Today 2012!

As their tagline accurately states, America’s Pie is so much more than pizza. Stop in today and experience some old-school hospitality while you fill your belly with fresh, tasty and creative food, served to order with a smile and a, “Nooorm!”
