A Positive Body Image

By -

What exactly is Body Image? It is how you see yourself when you look in the mirror or how you picture yourself in your mind. Research reveals that 91% of women are unhappy with their bodies. The greatest cause of this negative effect is media. Hard to get away from as the average person engages in some sort of media: laptop, tablet or phone, 7.5 hours a day. Media’s body image is unrealistic and harmful, especially for our children.

Reclaim your health and create a more positive body image!

Where do you start?

Practice Intuitive Self-Care. Acquire tools and resources to help you eat, exercise and LIVE. Life is meant to experience in moderation.

Cultivate Self-Love and employ compassion and humor as you leave behind the need for self-criticism.

Build a better community and connect with others through a shared positive approach to beauty, health and identity that is REAL.

Listen to your body and know to eat when you are hungry. Learn more about food, how to cook and what foods are healthier for you. Have sugar, live, but always in moderation.

Lead our children by example. Exercise for health, not for a negative unrealistic reason. Make time to cook for them, better yet, teach them to cook! Limit your children to how much they sit a day. Take their cell phones away, while you take yours away too!

Try to remove your negatives. My favorite two of the seven natural laws of the universe are: The Law of Vibration and the Law of Cause and Effect. Your thoughts are energy will become true.
