The 40 Days To Personal Revolution program is based on Baron Baptiste’s popular book and is designed for anyone who wishes to create or expand their yoga practice. Following the six-week plan outlined in the book, you will create a daily yoga and meditation practice and a healthy eating plan. The program includes six weeks of unlimited classes at Seva Power Yoga, Baron Baptiste’s book, a 60-minute class podcast, a weekly podcast class that aligns with the book’s weekly theme and group support at the check-in meeting. You can choose to check-in on Sundays at 10:45-11:30am or Monday evenings at 7:45-8:30pm.

YOGA PRACTICESix daily practices with one day of rest – three studio practices are encouraged, other practices can be at home – we’ll give you the tools to create a simple and effective home practice

DAILY MEDITATION – morning and night, at home. You will learn a simple awareness-based meditation and each week you’ll grow into your practice.

HEALTHY EATING over the course of six weeks you will examine your current diet and make gradual (and sometimes radical) shifts toward a more balanced and healthful way of eating.
