Do you swap Christmast lists with family at Thanksgiving? Do you just do your best to get something thaughtful for your neice across the country? Gift giving can be tough.
Today I am sharing my top picks for Toddlers, Kids and Teens. These are gifts that are interactive and developmentally appropriate for boys and girls.

This age group can be tricky, so if you are looking for generic gift for this age group you are best to stick with a gift card to Amazon or ask the parent where they like to shop. At this age, they likely have specific interests and it’s hard to nail down the items they are looking to receive unless you see their list or know them well. When I was a teen I wanted mostly clothes (that I had picked out myself), Music (which were CD’s then) and maybe a book I wanted to read. Boys tend to want clothes, certain video games, music, etc…
Some possibilities would be:
- Gift card to their favorite clothing store
- iTunes gift cards
- Magazine subscription
- Pay for a lesson or class they want to take or
- Take them somewhere you can go together
I hope that this gift guide helps give you ideas and direction when purchasing a gift 🙂
